He brings over 15 years of clinical experience from multiple healthcare settings and provides the clinical user perspective to the CARPL platform development and leads the effort to make it Radiologist-friendly. He serves as the unifying force between CARPl’s AI partners and the clinical teams at CARPL’s global deployment sites to identify and solve their clinical & research needs.

Kabita is a PMP certified project manager with more than 13 years of experience on application development and product management. At CARPL, she is responsible for coordinating between engineering team, radiologist and stakeholders to develop world class products.

Rohit is part engineer, part data scientist and works on developing platforms and methodologies for effective testing and deployment of AI solutions in the healthcare domain. He is a computer science engineer from NSIT, Delhi and previously developed ML-based products at a fast scaling recruitment-tech company.

Salil, a computer science graduate from Amity, works at the intersection of dicom and jugaad. A master at integrating different programming languages, he is responsible for developing an implementation platform for AI algorithms.

Vidur heads CARING, handling everything from operations to commercialization strategy for products developed at CARING. He did his MBBS from Mumbai and MBA from the Wharton School.

Sanket is a trained Computational Biologist from IIIT-D and B.Tech, Computer Science graduate from JIIT. He is a python developer, wanna be Full Stack Developer. Sanket is a big data science fan and NLP enthusiast.

Bhanushree did her BDS from Manav Rachna Dental College followed by Post Graduation from IIHMR, Delhi. At CARPL, Bhanushree acts as an interface between AI developers and Healthcare Providers, serving everything from handling complex customer requests to validating AI algorithms on the platform.

Abhishek is a Deep Learning Engineer, graduated from IIIT Jabalpur. He is passionate about integration of AI solutions with Health Care Services.

Mr. Harman Roda is a postgraduate in Computer Applications with more than 20+ years of experience in Information Technology. At CARING & Mahajan Imaging, he is responsible for System and Network Infrastructure, IT Security, Cloud & IT Infrastructure Services.

Vikas Khowal is part of the IT Team at CARPL. He holds responsibility for computer systems and gives technical assistance to the entire organization. 17+ years of experience in Information Technology.

Shraddha is a mathematics graduate and has worked as a healthcare consultant at KPMG serving clients across digital health and life sciences. At CARPL, she is responsible for facilitating maximal benefits to hospitals and radiology centers from leading edge AI applications, targeting improved healthcare accessibility and clinical outcomes.

Bhishm did his B.Tech in Process Engineering and MBA from IIT Roorkee. He is a Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of experience, with an interest in AI/ML.

Shivam leads strategic relationships and AI marketplace business for CARPL, Shivam is specialized in driving start-up business, and has been leading the entire spectrum of business for Health Tech for almost a decade, he was part of building Jio health hub, PayTm Health and Airtel vas business in his earlier roles.

Nimesh  is a wanderer and an AI enthusiast. He did his M.Tech from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology. In CARPL, he is working as a software engineer and data scientist. He is responsible for developing an AI algorithm, handling CARPL’s Backend, and deploying CARPL at different organisations.

Sneha is a Microbiologist from Pune University and a qualified Lawyer with a diverse experience in Medical Coding (US) and Healthcare law. She also holds professional diplomas in Clinical research and medical law & ethics from National Law School, Bangalore. At CARPL, she is responsible for handling legal, compliance issues and assistance in regulatory approvals for SaMD to the clients.

Vaishali Singh is an HR professional with more than 5 years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition in the IT & Healthcare industry. She is an MBA in HR & Marketing from BCIPS, IP University. Vaishali is responsible for the routine functions of the Human Resource department from end to end recruitment to enforcing company policies.

Khushboo is a post-graduate (MBA) with specialization in Healthcare Information Technology Management from IIHMR-Delhi and also a Dental Surgeon. She worked as a Pharmacovigilance Scientist
with Parexel International India Ltd., Chandigarh. At CARPL, she is responsible for strategizing the business outcomes for clinical studies run through CARPL.

Kritika Bansal is a post graduate in Microbiology with experience across regulatory, commercial strategy and competitive intelligence in life sciences and healthcare. 

Sashakta Singh has joined our engineering team and possesses deep knowledge and interest in Network Security. He has completed his B.Tech in IT from Bharati Vidyapeeth’s College of Engineering, New Delhi, and his M.Tech in CSE from the University School of Information, Communication and Technology, GGSIPU.

Vikram is an expert in Marketing & Strategy Consulting including experience in Digital Transformation, Customer Experience Strategy & Program Management with 15+ years of experience in industries like Medical Devices & Diagnostics, Healthcare & Life-sciences. He has strong experience in building & managing teams including Product Managers, Communication Associates & UX Designers.

Parth is experienced as a back-end developer. In his previous role at Infosys, he worked on various enterprise-level projects. Experienced troubleshooter. He is an AI enthusiast and likes to learn maths. He loves brainstorming ideas. At CARPL, he is developing universally impact-full applications and ideas to change the world.

Anupam is a Quality Assurance professional with over 3 years of experience in Software Testing. He is adept at testing software for compliance with design and customer specifications. He is well-versed in QA testing, API Testing, Database Testing, SQL Queries, and Agile Scrum Software Development Methodology.

Subham Agrawal has a BTech from the Institute of Technical Education and Research with more than 14 months of experience and good hands-on experience with front-end technologies like React.js and Javascript. He is responsible for developing and implementing the front-end architecture to support the user interface.

Swetha is a Healthcare Enthusiast who is passionate about building marketing functionalities at startups. She is an MBA from IIT Madras and is keen on consumer stories, product marketing, and brand personas. In her free time, she likes to level up in various video games. In CARPL, she will manage, develop and launch marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Atharva is a data science graduate from NMIMS university. He has previously worked as a data science consultant on major central government healthcare projects such as Scheme Convergence at the National Health Authority and the Covid War Room at the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.

Himallaya is an extremely enthusiastic person and passionate about everything he does. He holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from IGNOU. He provides administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office and always offers a helping hand to anyone in need & ensures that he provides something to everyone on the team.

Tanay is a Quality Assurance professional with over 5 years of experience in Software Automation Testing. He designs automated tests to check the functionality of the product, writes script, installs testing protocols, and provides effective test automation solutions.
