·        Partner onboarding & engagement: Look out for new innovations happening in the medical imaging space we can onboard and foster active engagement with existing partners, ensuring smooth operations.

·        Relationship Nurturing: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners. Be the friendly face (or voice) they look forward to hearing from.

·        Problem-solving: Manage and troubleshoot any deployment-related matters collaboratively with partners.

·        Market Research: Stay on top of industry trends and emerging vendors. Provide market data analysis to support business decisions.

·     Commercial Negotiations:  Engage actively in commercial discussions and negotiations with partners and develop proposals, pricing strategies, and contract terms to ensure favorable outcomes for the company.

·        Product Strategy: Collaborate with product teams to align product strategies based on market research

Skills Required:

·     Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with partners, as well as for negotiating contracts and conveying complex information effectively.

Negotiation Skills: Adeptness in negotiating commercial agreements, pricing strategies, and contract terms is critical for achieving favorable outcomes for the company while maintaining strong partnerships. 

·      Collaboration: The capacity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product teams, to align product strategies with market research findings and partner needs is essential for driving product success.

·        Interpersonal Skills: Being able to build rapport, foster trust, and cultivate positive relationships with partners is crucial for long-term success in this role.

Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills are important for effectively managing multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

·       Technical Aptitude: While not always required, familiarity with medical imaging technologies, software systems, and industry-specific terminology can be advantageous for effectively engaging with partners and understanding their needs.
