1. Product Research & Strategy (Supporting “the what”)
- Collaborate with senior product managers and cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and operations) to gather insights into customer needs, problems, and market trends.
- Support the creation of product roadmaps and product vision documentation based on research inputs.
- Assist in conducting customer interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis to inform decision-making.
- Contribute to defining OKRs and success metrics for new and existing products.
- Participate in brainstorming and solution design sessions to identify the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) features and validate technical/operational feasibility.
2. Product Development & Execution (Executing “the how”)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to manage product development sprints and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Support the creation of product development artifacts, such as product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and workflows.
- Assist in product testing and quality assurance, ensuring that deliverables align with requirements and customer expectations.
- Help analyze product performance data and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements for greater efficiency.
3. Product Commercialization (Supporting GTM Execution)
- Assist in the execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Contribute to the development and testing of product positioning, pricing, and promotion strategies.
- Support product training sessions for internal teams (e.g., Sales and Implementation) to ensure successful customer adoption.
- Monitor product usage and customer feedback post-launch, helping refine future iterations of the product.
- Aid in creating product collateral, including presentations, customer-facing materials, and FAQs.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Business, or related fields.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to distill complex problems into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and balancing short-term tasks with long-term goals.
- Familiarity with Agile product development processes and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to the healthcare industry or SaaS products is a plus.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup culture is desirable.
