Marketing Collaterals: Design creatives for campaigns, including social media posts, digital ads, newsletters, presentations, infographics, and event collaterals.
Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve Carpl’s visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Product Marketing: Collaborate with product and content teams to design product one-pagers, case studies, and explainer graphics.
Web & Social Media: Create web banners, blog graphics, and video thumbnails to drive engagement and traffic.
Campaign Support: Work with the growth marketing team to design performance-driven creatives (ads, landing pages, email templates).
Creative Innovation: Proactively propose new design concepts and creative approaches to make campaigns stand out.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
2–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing or digital-first environment.
Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva (plus video editing tools is a bonus).
