Description


About the role:

  1. Marketing Collaterals: Design creatives for campaigns, including social media posts, digital ads, newsletters, presentations, infographics, and event collaterals.
  2. Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve Carpl’s visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  3. Product Marketing: Collaborate with product and content teams to design product one-pagers, case studies, and explainer graphics.
  4. Web & Social Media: Create web banners, blog graphics, and video thumbnails to drive engagement and traffic.
  5. Campaign Support: Work with the growth marketing team to design performance-driven creatives (ads, landing pages, email templates).
  6. Creative Innovation: Proactively propose new design concepts and creative approaches to make campaigns stand out.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
  2. 2–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing or digital-first environment.
  3. Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva (plus video editing tools is a bonus).
  4. Strong portfolio showcasing marketing-related design work.
  5. Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
