As a Marketing Project Manager, your primary goal will be to drive execution of marketing campaigns, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure on-time delivery of projects that build pipeline and brand presence.
Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across channels (email, social, events, webinars, paid).
Own project plans, timelines, and deliverables for marketing initiatives - ensuring stakeholders are aligned and deadlines are met.
Work closely with demand generation, product marketing, and design teams to deliver high-quality assets and campaigns.
Coordinate with sales and SDR teams to ensure campaign handoffs and lead flows are seamless.
Track, measure, and report performance metrics of campaigns and projects to identify gaps and opportunities.
Manage external vendors, agencies, and freelancers where needed.
Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all touchpoints.
Continuously refine processes, templates, and workflows to improve marketing efficiency and scalability.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
2–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare, or tech startups, with hands-on exposure to campaign/project execution.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills - both written (briefs, reports, emails) and verbal (cross-team coordination, vendor management).
Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or similar).
A process-driven mindset with high attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
