Job description

You Will :

  • Help drive the go-to-market plan and ongoing marketing strategy with the marketing team
  • Develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging to be used in product development and marketing campaigns
  • Develop data-driven lifecycle marketing and cross-sell strategies to promote product growth and retention
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to stay up-to-date on emerging growth strategies and tactics.
  • Manage the implementation of growth campaigns, including creating and managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure growth strategies are aligned with the product roadmap and user experience.
  • Building a Growth Plan for monthly, quarterly, and yearly growth projections.
  • Identify target customers, their needs, and how products will meet those needs through surveys, interviews, and product usage
  • Track marketing program performance and optimize through continuous testing
  • Assess competitive offerings and promote ongoing differentiation

Qualifications:

You Have:

  • MBA degree or equivalent practical experience,
  • 1-2 years of experience working in product marketing, growth or lifecycle marketing, or similar go-to-market positions
  • Experience with marketing and go-to-market in the healthcare/ heath tech markets
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex medical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Proven ability to blend medical knowledge with marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Roll-up-your-sleeves entrepreneurial, start-up attitude, can work independently with little oversight
