What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and usability testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Automate test cases and improve test coverage using industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to define testing requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct root cause analysis of issues and work with the development team for resolution.
• Maintain and enhance the existing test framework and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.

Skills & Experience (Required)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Proficiency in automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber).
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with performance and security testing.
• Knowledge of API testing (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure).
