Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and leadership roles across the organization.
Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and ensure alignment on recruitment strategies.
Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting the company's culture and values through social media and other channels.
Data & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates) and provide actionable insights for process improvement.
Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 2–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a SaaS, health tech, or startup environment.
Technical Expertise: Familiarity with recruiting for roles in software engineering, data science, and product management is a plus.
Tools: Proficient in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think strategically and resolve challenges effectively.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
